I have lived in Bellingham since 1972 and have spent much time taking advantage of all that this area has to offer.  I have enjoyed mountain climbing and hiking, sailing, sea kayaking and love taking advantage of the many quality local restaurants.  

For thirty of my years here I made my living building and remodelling.  I started out working for and with others and spent many years as a general contractor, building custom and spec homes and many major remodelling projects.  My building method has always been hands on, doing everything from foundation to finish.  As a result, I have very much experience and knowledge about homes from all eras.  I bring this experience to home inspecting as a very strong advocate for my clients.  Since building standards and practices have changed over the years, you can trust that my experience helps me put the issues in your new home in its proper perspective. 

I am committed to the continued wellbeing of this community.  My children have grown up here.  My daughter graduated from Western Washington University.  I own two properties in the Bellingham area.  I look forward to being able to serve you in my professional capacity.
